Armand Arton, CIM, FCSI, President, UDP

Mr. Arton is President and UDP, Immigrant Investor Division of Arton Investments. He is responsible for leading the operation of Arton Investments’ International Investment business with a particular emphasis on the Quebec based Immigrant Investment Program (IIP). He is also responsible for the wealth management of landed immigrants as they seek to effectively invest from their new place of residence.

Mr. Arton has built a solid reputation in the Financial Services sector having worked in some of the countries leading institutions. His background includes several years working in the investment field, primarily in the private client area.

He started his career with the National Bank of Canada, and progressed to an Assistant Vice President role at BMO Nesbitt Burns. In 2003 Mr Arton joined Hampton Securities where he became the Executive Director for their Immigrant Investor Division. In 2006, he founded the Financial Advisory Firm, Arton Capital, a leading specialist in helping international business people and their families immigrate to Quebec, Canada as permanent residents.

Arton Capital has extended their knowledge of the Immigrant Investor Program concept to the Bulgarian Government, and has developed a program which allows investors to obtain Bulgarian- EU Residency and Citizenship.

Armand Arton received his B.B.A. form HEC in Montreal and a Diploma of International Baccalaureate in Economics (I.B.) from College Jean-de-Brebeuf.

Mr. Arton is also registered Consultant Lobbyist with the Government Authorities. His professional designations include: Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), the most senior financial services designation available in the Canadian marketplace.

Faranak Rostami, Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Faranak Rostami is the Chief Compliance Officer at Arton Investments, responsible for the implementation of the regulatory requirements within the firm.

With nearly two decades of experience in accounting within major Canadian companies, Ms. Rostami also holds the Anti-Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing for Securities Professionals certification issued by the Canadian Securities Institute.

Ms. Rostami is the Privacy Officer responsible for compliance with the Quebec Privacy Act.

Reynald Lepine, M. Fisc, Director

Mr. Lepine is Director of Arton Investments. He began his career as a tax consultant to become a senior tax manager of a large Canadian accounting firm for 12 years. He founded the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (“QIIP”) for a Quebec Securities firm and ran it for 12 years. From there, he joined a major Canadian Bank where he also headed the QIIP division. He graduated with a BA in Economy from University of Montreal and has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Sherbrooke University. During his career Mr. Lepine has monitored more than 1000 Immigrant investor files.
